A Salesforce Case Study
Avery Dennison is a global material-science and manufacturing company that makes labels, car wraps, medical tape and other products used across industries. Despite strong Salesforce CRM adoption, its ecommerce was fragmented by region—mature but non-public in Europe, limited in North America, outdated in Latin America and absent in Asia—and customer and order data lived in separate systems, creating inefficiencies for sales and service teams.
Avery Dennison deployed Salesforce B2B Commerce globally, building on in-house Salesforce expertise to launch region-specific sites (public product pages in Europe, order/claims and quote capabilities in Asia‑Pacific, WeChat integration in China and a full rollout in North America alongside a new ERP) and prepare Einstein Bots for service. The result is a unified ecommerce presence in every region, merged customer and order data, improved reporting and service, and greater access to customers—particularly via text and mobile channels—driving better satisfaction and increased sales.
