By unifying Sales Cloud, Pardot and Salesforce CPQ & Billing (with e-signature and payment integrations and MuleSoft planned for ERP sync), Valpak automated quoting, invoicing and payments. Results include a 73% reduction in time-to-quote (15 to 5 minutes), a $12M lift in renewals, 9,000 clients moved to digital contracts, payment collection reduced from days to minutes, and higher marketing response—landing-page submissions rose from 2.2% to 5.5% with a 250% increase in response rates.
