The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, one of the smallest top‑ten business schools, relies on close faculty and career‑center relationships to help students navigate a highly competitive job market. To connect hundreds of students and thousands of alumni and replace one‑size‑fits‑all newsletters, Tuck needed a way to scale personalized career support without losing its signature personal touch.
Tuck launched a private Salesforce Chatter–based network and the TuckJobs portal to deliver targeted communications, group‑specific opportunities, and curated “playlist” pages with industry overviews, job openings and alumni contacts. The platform lets the career center route niche information to the right students, deepens one‑on‑one interactions, improves students’ employer research and networking, and is being rolled out to thousands of alumni.
