Kuoni Global Travel Services (GTA) is a business-to-business travel company with 3,200 staff across 90 locations that manages relationships with 45,000 suppliers and 40,000 independent travel agents. Since 2008 Kuoni has used Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Chatter) to centralize lead, supplier and client data, enable mobile updates and open collaboration, with over 70% of employees using Chatter. The result is unified visibility, faster supplier discovery and improved sales–sourcing interaction, leading to quicker query resolution, more responsive customer service and a more dynamic, innovative culture.
