Sakthi Finance, a South India non‑banking finance company founded in 1955 that specialises in financing pre‑owned heavy commercial vehicles and construction equipment, set out to digitise operations and deepen customer engagement while replacing manual, paper‑based lending and sales processes. The challenge was to create an integrated, customer‑centric platform that brought transparency across branches, reduced back‑office friction and supported data‑driven decision‑making.
Sakthi implemented Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Tableau CRM, Mobile App and Einstein Analytics), automated backend lending and standardised lead‑to‑collections workflows while building a Centre of Excellence and Trailhead training. Today 300 employees (including 160 frontline reps) use the platform across 50 branches, enabling faster turnaround, shared customer views, more time for value‑adding customer interactions, greater operational transparency and improved predictability of business outcomes.
