Ranosys Technologies is a global digital agency and Salesforce deployment partner that needed to replace a legacy CRM and fragmented HR, payroll and resource workflows with a single source of truth to support rapid growth and global operations. Ranosys moved to Sales Cloud, Chatter and the Salesforce Platform and built a central platform called Ranosys Pulse with apps for recruitment, workforce and payroll management and unified dashboards. The rollout automated workflows, improved collaboration and enabled real‑time reporting—driving 30–40% HR efficiency gains, ~60% reduction in bench costs, a payroll process cut from seven days (three people) to one day (one person), and faster, more agile decision‑making across the business.
