Peakon takes employee success global with Salesforce

Peakon, a UK-based employee engagement platform with about 200 employees, helps organizations gather and analyze workforce insights to improve productivity and retention. As it prepared to scale its sales team globally, Peakon needed a single source of truth for customer and campaign data, better lead management and hand-offs between marketing and sales, and infrastructure that could handle demand spikes.

Peakon implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud (including Inbox and Lightning) and runs its platform on Heroku to automate lead routing, standardize processes, align sales and marketing, improve forecasting, and log communications. The changes delivered clearer funnel visibility and faster decisions, roughly 40 new customers per month from ~2,500 leads, an industry-leading NPS of 60, and a 98% customer renewal rate while enabling global growth.
