OneUnited Bank, which serves urban and low-income communities, launched the UNITY Visa secured credit card to help customers rebuild credit but faced the challenge of integrating a fast, user-friendly application process with back‑office credit checks, approvals and an improved mobile experience.

OneUnited built an end-to-end customer app on the Salesforce Platform, rolled out a mobile UI and branch iPad tools, and used Salesforce reporting and dashboards for real‑time management. Within a week of the mobile redesign, mobile conversion rose 89%; staff deliver faster, more personalized service, managers track performance and issues instantly, and the program is driving measurable improvements in customers’ financial health.
