NMIMS Global Access School for Continuing Education (NGA‑SCE) is a leading distance‑learning university that grew rapidly to 69,000 students but started with fragmented, manual operations: student data scattered in spreadsheets, poor sales visibility, lengthy unresolved student cases, and time‑consuming in‑person admission and document processes. Leadership set out to build a digital‑first university to automate marketing, sales, admissions and student services.

NGA‑SCE implemented Salesforce (Service, Sales and Community Clouds plus Pardot) to create a single source of truth. Pardot runs 1,000+ concurrent campaigns, leads are auto‑routed to 120 channel partners, and about 300 daily applications are processed in under 48 hours with online document verification and FedEx tracking for learning kits. Case consolidation and telephony integrations help resolve ~12,000 cases/month (most within 36 hours) and deliver an NPS above 93%; analytics and a custom Student 360 reporting tool now drive data‑led decisions while the in‑house team continues to extend the platform.
