Nolte Kitchens is an Indian retailer of high-end German modular kitchens and bedrooms operating through multiple stores and franchisees, aiming to be the country’s largest furniture retailer. The company struggled with fragmented customer and process data stored in Excel, lacked nationwide insights into purchase patterns, and faced costly errors and inefficiencies across a complex, 40-step order-to-installation process.
Nolte implemented Salesforce as a single source of truth to consolidate data, digitize workflows and integrate retail and B2B operations. The platform eliminated reorders, enabled personalized customer interactions and city-level demand forecasting, accelerated store expansion (seven openings last year and seven more planned), and laid the groundwork for Service Cloud and mobile integrations to further improve customer service.
