Minnesota Housing built a loan origination and servicing system on Salesforce (Sales Cloud and Community Cloud) to digitize intake, provide 360-degree customer profiles, enable collaboration, and deliver real-time dashboards and analytics. The cloud solution cut annual funding round setup time by 98.5% (from 200+ hours to 3), enabled mobile work and faster partner review, earned industry recognition, and gave staff the data and visibility to make faster, more effective funding decisions.
