LEVIEV Extraordinary Diamonds is a luxury jeweler that sells one-of-a-kind stones through boutiques in New York, London, Dubai, and Singapore. With an elite, often jet‑setting clientele, the company’s challenge was maintaining highly personalized, trust-based relationships and managing bespoke design projects across geographies while keeping marketing and service consistent.
Using the Salesforce Platform, LEVIEV built a secure “jewel box” app that stores photos of each customer’s purchases, in‑progress designs and wish lists, and lets designers upload sketches and track the entire creative process. Paired with a mobile Sales Cloud catalog of high‑definition stones and designs, the solution gave sales associates global, on-the-go access to client histories and inventory — improving customer knowledge, strengthening relationships, and enabling more effective relationship-building and business growth.
