Les Mills, the global fitness company behind programs like BODYATTACK, BODYPUMP and RPM, operates in 16,000 health clubs across 80 countries with 100,000 certified instructors and an aggressive growth target. Its bespoke, inconsistent systems and phone-based support couldn’t scale or provide a consistent, mobile experience, which limited visibility and efficient communication with clubs, instructors and class attendees.

By implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud’s Social Studio, Les Mills created a unified, mobile-friendly portal to manage instructor journeys, streamline trainer logistics and deliver real-time dashboards and reporting. The move scaled communications and social engagement—growing Facebook from 18,000 to 825,000 fans—allowing the company to reach millions more effectively without a large marketing budget and accelerating global growth.
