Orlando City Soccer Club needed a better way to engage fans year-round and on game day, as its existing app couldn’t support the interactive, mobile-first experience supporters expected. The club worked with Salesforce and implementation partner Cogny to create a simple, engaging app that could unify fan interactions, improve loyalty, and provide a stronger view of customer behavior.

Salesforce helped Orlando City SC launch the LionNation app, integrated with its CRM and customer engagement platform to enable ticketing, rewards, content, support, and personalized offers in one place. The results have been strong: fan adoption grew from 7,000 to 22,000, 62% of registered fans use the app on game days, concession revenue rose by more than 14%, and the club has generated over $1.5 million in revenue from app users.
