engelhorn implemented Commerce Cloud Einstein Product Recommendations (in a four-week rollout) and later added Einstein Predictive Sort to personalize product slots and category/search order. The AI-driven solution produced a 2.5% lift in conversion rate, a 1.5% increase in average order value, nearly 4% more revenue per visitor and over 1% higher add-to-cart rates, while eliminating much manual merchandising and letting the small team focus on strategy and customer experience.
