GeniusU Builds Global Business with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

GeniusU, the entrepreneur-education platform founded by Roger Hamilton and run from Bali, faced a rapid-growth problem after its Genius Test viral launch left the company with massive customer data and an underpowered CRM. General Manager & CMO Suraj Naik needed a way to deliver personalised customer journeys at scale, automate backend processes, and provide useful reporting to support sales and marketing.

GeniusU migrated to Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder), building unified customer profiles, automated multi-channel journeys, and smarter segmentation. The result: scalable, largely automated operations that supported 450,000 tests in the last year and more than 800,000 customers overall (adding ~5,000/week), a growing affiliate base of 4,000 advisers, integrated event ticketing and SMS reminders tied to Salesforce, and far better conversion and campaign management.
