Flight Centre Travel Group, a global travel agency network managing thousands of supplier relationships through its Travel Experience Network (TEN), faced fragmented, manual procurement processes and complex contracts across airlines, hotels and other partners. The business needed agility and a single platform to standardize workflows, manage multiple contracts and automate downstream tasks like inventory and pricing updates.

Working with PwC, TEN deployed Salesforce Service Cloud using Accelerator templates and an agile approach, rolling the solution out in just weeks. The platform gives a 360° view of suppliers, automates contract and rate-review workflows as cases with triggers, streamlined annual rate confirmations, and cut about a week from time-to-market for new inventory and pricing. The result: standardized, optimized processes, faster speed to value and a planned supplier portal for greater self-service and engagement.
