By implementing Salesforce Health Cloud, Easterseals centralized patient records and unified a network of 3,600 practitioners, 600 employees and 3,500 clients to support more than 80,000 visits per month. The solution sped up escalations and provider collaboration, helped the agency quadruple the number of clients served, improved care outcomes for children like Johnny, and is now being prepared for broader rollout across Easterseals affiliates.
