Concretia is a Madurai-based SME that manufactures and supplies construction aggregates. The company struggled with ad hoc, manual sales processes—paper-based customer notes, poor data capture and little oversight—which limited tailored sales conversations, conversion rates and scalability across its large local market.
Concretia implemented the Salesforce Platform with Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics to automate end-to-end workflows: lead-to-order-to-despatch-to-collection, geo-tagging and site data, rule-based invoicing and logistics management. The result: conversions rose from about 15–20 to 70–100 customers a month (a 400% increase headline), faster onboarding (six months to ~15 days), improved transparency and employee morale, and a scalable, data-driven model for expansion.
