College for America at Southern New Hampshire University is redesigning higher education for working adults and was tasked with launching an Associate Degree program in just four months. CTO Brian Peddle needed a fast, scalable way to manage student data and connect recruiting, student success, marketing, and IT to deliver a competency‑based learning experience.

CfA built its LMS and backend processes on the Salesforce Platform, giving a 360° view of each student, tracking competency projects, enabling reviewer feedback and early‑warning alerts, and tying in Pardot, Knowledge, Live Agent and case management. The result was a rapid program launch (including a new initiative in three weeks), improved student support and progress visibility, and a scalable foundation to grow enrollment and advance the college’s mission.
