Working with a Success Manager under their Premier Success Plan, Cartrawler used three Marketing Cloud Accelerators (reporting configuration, information extraction, and email segmentation) to apply best practices and automation improvements. The result: more accurate reporting, personalized email targeting, click-through rates rising from 2% to 10% on targeted campaigns, and an initial test in which one email campaign accounted for 10% of car hire bookings—enabling a shift from short-term fixes to long-term strategy.
