Calamos implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Personalization Builder and Predictive Intelligence to serve real‑time content recommendations based on firm, similar users, and individual browsing behavior, and extended those insights into targeted email journeys (including a four‑email welcome series and abandoned‑browse campaigns). The result: average page views rose by double digits, time on page increased to six minutes (two minutes above industry standard), and fund pages now account for 65% of the site’s most popular content.
