ASU drives innovation across campus with Salesforce

Arizona State University, a rapidly growing, multi-campus research university recognized for innovation, faced fragmented constituent data across spreadsheets and dozens of disparate systems. ASU needed an enterprise CRM to unify views of prospective and current students, staff, alumni, and partners so it could deliver personalized, lifecycle-driven experiences from recruitment through graduation.

The university has resolved over 1,000,000 cases, published 1,000+ knowledge articles, manages 1.1 million leads, and sends more targeted communications from a single 360-degree view—supported by dashboards for real-time service goals—while expanding into social service and event management.
