The company needed a fast, customizable platform that would enable rapid customer onboarding, clearer visibility across the loan journey, seamless integration with third‑party agencies, and automation beyond mere sales tracking.
Using the Salesforce Platform and a Lightning mobile app deployed in under eight weeks, Asirvad automated onboarding, document capture (Aadhar/PAN), round‑robin external evaluations, and integrations with credit/KYC bureaus to build a complete customer 360. The result: average loan TAT fell to seven working days (some in four), field officer monthly disbursements rose to INR 18–20 lakhs (vs ~10 lakhs), 100% internal adoption, higher customer satisfaction, improved risk controls and analytics, and a 25% reduction in stationery costs.
