A Salesforce Maps Case Study
Young Audiences of Oregon and Southwest Washington is a nonprofit arts-education organization that connects a wide roster of artists with teachers to serve 70,000–80,000 students across roughly 200 schools. Facing an outdated, fragmented database and frequent scheduling overlaps that wasted staff time, the organization needed a scalable way to centralize data, coordinate visits, and better demonstrate program impact to funders.
By adopting Salesforce and Salesforce Maps, Young Audiences consolidated data into a single hub and gave staff intuitive, self-service tools to update records and plan routes. The maps eliminated duplicate visits, optimized daily schedules, saved time and money, and revealed geographic “hotspots” of success that boosted fundraising and made impact easy to communicate visually to boards and donors.
