Legion Brewing Company is a community-focused craft brewery in Plaza Midwood and greater Charlotte, NC. All customer and prospect data lived in Salesforce, but the sales team lacked an efficient way to visualize and prioritize accounts in the field, which hurt productivity and made it hard to ensure every account was visited regularly.

Legion implemented Salesforce Maps for both sales and distribution: reps plan routes daily using dynamic map layers that show leads and accounts together, color-code by last activity, and provide mobile access to find nearby prospects; the distribution team uses route-building with turn-by-turn directions for faster deliveries. The result: reps get more face time with clients, no accounts are overlooked, and time in the field is noticeably more efficient and productive.
