It turned to Salesforce DMP, using Salesforce Chatter to create a company-wide social network that would connect teams, share ideas, and give workers real-time access to information.
With Salesforce DMP, Pernod Ricard rolled out Chatter globally and later expanded into Community Cloud to engage external partners and customers. The platform helped spark faster idea-sharing and product innovation, including a Brazil-led launch idea for Absolut Greyhound that spread across the company and contributed to 25 million views and massive sales in under 15 days.
