ASU implemented Salesforce enterprise‑wide (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and a unified CRM), building a single Service Center on its My ASU portal and consolidating email and recruiting systems. The change let teams track every interaction, publish 1,000+ knowledge articles, resolve over 1,000,000 cases, migrate 13 mass‑email systems, manage 1.1 million leads, and use dashboards to measure and improve service—delivering more personalized communications and streamlined recruiting while paving the way for further Connected Campus initiatives.
