Foodstuffs partnered with Salesforce (Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud) and launched a customer‑centric Commerce Cloud implementation with a cross‑functional team, 14 SAP integrations and support for over 1.6 million pricing records to create a single 360° customer view. In the first 90 days digital orders hit 65,000, ecommerce sales rose 15%, sessions grew 90% (average session time fell 15% due to improved navigation), users increased 129% and new users jumped 277%; Phase 2 will add live chat, multi‑language and community features.
