Deckers reorganized around the customer and deployed Commerce Cloud-powered initiatives — Infinite UGG, Endless Aisle, a centralized holiday hotline, RFID “Magic Carpet” experiences and in-store customization stations — to give associates access to ecommerce inventory and personalized product data. The result was stronger omni-channel engagement, faster inventory visibility and service, empowered store teams, and a scalable platform to expand the brand globally.
