Deckers Brands (home to UGG®, HOKA ONE ONE®, Teva® and others) faced the industry-wide shift from in-store to digital retail and the internal challenge of siloed commerce teams. To remain customer-first, the company needed to unify retail, digital and wholesale operations so shoppers would receive a consistent, seamless brand experience regardless of channel.

Deckers reorganized around the customer and deployed Commerce Cloud-powered initiatives — Infinite UGG, Endless Aisle, a centralized holiday hotline, RFID “Magic Carpet” experiences and in-store customization stations — to give associates access to ecommerce inventory and personalized product data. The result was stronger omni-channel engagement, faster inventory visibility and service, empowered store teams, and a scalable platform to expand the brand globally.
