United UK, a UK independent provider of office supplies and managed business services with a Milton Keynes head office, five satellite branches and 21,000+ SKUs, faced slow, cumbersome reporting that wasted resources and left sales teams without up-to-date customer insight. To fix this, Managing Director Graham Bourton chose sales-i to replace their slow reporting system and deliver fast, actionable data and mobile access to bespoke reports.

sales-i was implemented (went live in 2017) across 24 users in three departments, giving staff instant access to the Enquiries section and mobile reports; this increased processing speed, broadened data access, and boosted overall productivity. As a result, United UK can now see all customer and rep activity, quickly identify underperforming categories, run performance reports by rep, branch or location without rework, and sustain adoption with three sales-i Champions and dedicated licence types (16 sales, 1 marketing, 7 power users).
