Beavertown Brewery, the North London craft brewer founded in 2011, was struggling to turn growing volumes of order and stock data into actionable sales insight. Head of Sales & Marketing Lauren Lister said their legacy ordering and stock system made it almost impossible to pull sales reports, so they turned to sales-i for sales analytics and reporting capabilities to bring clarity to their expanding business.
sales-i was implemented alongside Beavertown’s existing Brewman system to pull, manipulate and visualise sales data at the click of a button. In just over a year the brewery has used sales-i to forecast production from historic sales, identify trends and head off problems before they arise, freeing the team from manual reporting and making them “much more efficient and effective” as they roll out the system’s integrated CRM.
