Raja UK, a Bedfordshire-based packaging distributor (formerly Rajapack) offering 4,000+ products and part of the Raja Group, experienced a surge in eCommerce during COVID as demand for PPE rose—about 80–90 new customers per day. To manage and nurture this influx, Raja UK turned to sales-i, using its Campaigns functionality to automate customer capture and follow-up.

sales-i was integrated with Raja UK’s ERP so new website customers are automatically analysed against preset Campaigns criteria and trigger immediate alerts to the sales team for up‑sell and cross‑sell outreach. With around 40 sales-i users (and 50+ remote colleagues accessing the same data), Raja UK handled the extra traffic without added admin, grew turnover by 18% over lockdown, and expanded capacity by relocating to larger premises to support continued growth.
