WMF Spain, the Spanish arm of kitchenware and coffee-machine manufacturer WMF, needed a straightforward CRM to support a corporate strategy of exceptional customer service. Faced with complex, resource-heavy options, the company sought a solution to better manage its 1,600 coffee-machine customers, coordinate promotions and communications, and enable more targeted, personalized marketing.

The deployment automated rental, warranty and service tracking (about 200 interventions/month), streamlined the sales process, enabled remote access for field staff, and improved segmentation and follow-up — delivering faster response times, better information consistency and stronger customer management.
