UIC modernizes the management of its membership base with Sage CRM

L’Union des Industries Chimiques (UIC), the professional body representing France’s chemical industry with over 5,000 contacts across 1,400 organizations, was using an outdated proprietary membership system that limited member access and made rights, fees and communications hard to manage. To improve data quality and centralize member management, UIC decided to replace the legacy system with a modern CRM.

UIC selected Sage CRM and worked with Sage partner Késys to configure the system and migrate data, adding custom fields for industry-specific needs. The new platform centralized members, leads and contacts, streamlined management of privileges, fees and extranet access, enabled targeted email marketing, improved reporting and statistics, and created a scalable, up-to-date database.
