To manage high volumes of applications, reporting and stakeholder relationships — while ensuring data integrity and avoiding duplicate data entry — Tshikululu needed a centralized, secure CRM with workflow and financial-system integration.
Sage CRM was implemented as a single repository to register and track funding requests, house correspondence, record approvals and reports, requisition payments and post transactions directly into Sage 300 ERP. The solution’s workflows, notifications and electronic approvals — supported by an MS SQL backend — reduced paper and manual re-entry, improved process efficiency and delivered a 360° view of clients, beneficiaries and partners for stronger relationship management and reporting.
