Til Technologies, a France-based manufacturer of security and access control systems with a network of ~250 retail and installer partners, needed a modern CRM to replace an obsolete after-sales tool and to better track pre-sales prospecting and rising hotline volumes. The company sought a solution that would integrate with existing Sage accounting and sales systems and be configurable to its specific business processes.
Til implemented Sage CRM, configured by local partner Hespera Informatique, including ticketing by company and site, caller expertise tracking, and shared access to customer interactions and schedules. As a result, teams now access real-time pooled data, provide more tailored and efficient customer service, and sales staff can better manage appointments and monitor relationships.
