Taxis Bleus, a France-based taxi network serving 3,000 affiliated drivers and about 5,000 business and personal customers, needed a CRM to better manage prospects and subscribers and to support its sales team. Their existing management tool was complex and focused on accounting, so they sought a customer-centric system to improve tracking, data entry and day‑to‑day sales administration.

They implemented Sage CRM (with implementation support from partner Desico) to centralize customer data, create custom fields and import existing records without retyping. The system archives prospecting actions, gives the sales team clearer visibility into opportunities, and produces richer data for more targeted marketing—delivering administration efficiencies, more accurate prospect monitoring and measurable time savings.
