Zest Publications is a UK regional publisher that distributes a monthly magazine to over 120,000 homes and relies on selling up to 500 adverts across four regional editions. Zest implemented a cloud-hosted Sage CRM solution (with new phones, workflows and dashboards) delivered by Bay Management/Entegraty using a rapid development approach, creating a single point of data entry and end-to-end automation from sale to artwork and billing. The change delivered faster, personalised service and better management information, enabling 100% of ad space to be sold/printed, new magazine editions, improved forecasting and KPIs, and materially faster cash collection (average 14 days) with reduced debtor days.
