Rockend, a Sydney-based provider of property and strata management software that supports over 3,600 businesses and 14,000 users across Australia and New Zealand, faced growth being hampered by five disconnected systems. Islands of information, duplicate data entry and slow reporting were affecting customer support and threatening future expansion.

Rockend implemented an integrated Sage 300 ERP and Sage CRM solution (including Sage eMarketing) that replaced multiple customer-facing applications, automated online ordering and consolidated data; by late 2010 all 100 staff and consultants were on the new system. The result is a single customer view, faster decision-making, real-time implementation monitoring, better-targeted marketing and improved operational efficiency—providing a scalable platform for growth in ANZ and overseas.
