The Australian Grand Prix Corporation, which manages Australia’s premier motorsport events, needed a better way to handle corporate customer data, sponsorships, and sales. Older CRM tools and spreadsheets made it hard to share information with finance, causing double handling and occasional discrepancies. Sage CRM, integrated with Sage 300, was chosen to replace these disconnected systems.
Sage CRM implemented a single, central repository for customer and sales data, with information entered in Sage CRM flowing automatically into Sage 300 for invoicing and general ledger updates. This improved efficiency, reduced manual work, and helped deliver more accurate, timely financial reporting. The Australian Grand Prix Corporation reported early operational improvements and a very positive experience with Sage CRM.
