The REaD Group Plc is a UK direct-marketing specialist that supplies market-leading data suppression products (such as GAS and TBR). As the business expanded, its basic contact-management system could not meet needs: staff duplicated data across documents, reporting was difficult, and the company required a single, centralised platform to improve time and contact management, workflow efficiency and sales measurement.
Working with Concentrix, The REaD Group implemented web-based Sage CRM for around 40 users across marketing, sales, legal, finance, project development and IT. The system created one source of truth, eliminated duplicate entry, formalised procedures, improved pipeline reporting and renewals, and delivered better management metrics and flexibility for future growth.
