Sign + Digital, a Dublin-based distributor of materials for sign makers and digital printers, experienced rapid growth that left its sales and support processes fragmented. Customer visits were scheduled ad hoc, reporting and pipeline management were manual and time-consuming, and support was largely reactive with no automated lead development or centralised view of customer data.
The company implemented Sage CRM integrated with its existing Sage 200 ERP to centralise data and automate workflows: calls are logged as cases or opportunities, orders are entered via CRM into Sage 200, and sales pipelines are tracked in real time. The integration delivered a 360° customer view, faster reporting, more proactive sales and support, improved staff productivity after minimal training, and greater resilience and customer focus during challenging economic conditions.
