Telaid Industries is a telecommunications integrator serving more than 35,000 customer locations nationwide, providing cabling, AV, phone systems and 24/7 support. Facing fragmented service groups and duplicate technician dispatches that wasted time and money, Telaid sought a CRM that would give a consolidated, company-wide view of customer interactions and streamline nationwide tech dispatching.
Telaid implemented a customized Sage CRM integrated with Sage 300 ERP, adding a national subcontractor locator, automated job assignment and work/purchase order workflows, and a web self-service portal. The rollout (50 users, expanding to 90) handled 1,100 web cases in six months, eliminated duplicate dispatches, improved cross-site collaboration and remote access, and increased overall productivity.
