Relationships Australia Victoria develops more more efficient business processes with Sage CRM

Relationships Australia Victoria (RAV) is a community-based not‑for‑profit that provides counselling, family dispute resolution, family violence prevention and other relationship services from 12 centres across Victoria with about 200 staff. Faced with an unsupported, antiquated client database and strict government reporting requirements, RAV needed a CRM that would align with its Sage 300 ERP financial system, reduce data double‑handling and better support business processes such as appointment management.

RAV implemented Sage CRM (with MicroChannel Services support) integrated with Sage 300 ERP, introducing a clinician-facing calendar, the ability to attach correspondence and clinical notes to client records, and automated report uploads to the Families Services Program. The change delivered a single, accessible client history, streamlined appointment workflows, reduced administrative time and report preparation, and created a robust, integrated platform for future sustainability.
