Pratham Filters, a Mumbai‑headquartered manufacturer and supplier of liquid and air filtration systems with four offices and about 40 employees, had outgrown a basic accounting package that only handled finances. With 100+ customers, hundreds of prospects and an increasingly complex supply chain, the company needed a single, compliant system to track customer information across sales, orders, inventory, finance and statutory requirements.
Pratham implemented Sage 300 together with Sage CRM (deployed on‑site with around 20 sales and customer‑facing licenses) to create one integrated data repository. The solution delivered end‑to‑end visibility from lead to delivery, real‑time shipment and transaction tracking, better lead segmentation and regional forecasting—speeding conversions, simplifying staff training and giving management the supply‑chain transparency it previously lacked.
