A Sage CRM Case Study
The Kidney Support Network (KSN) is a Queensland-based non-profit supporting people and families affected by chronic kidney disease, relying heavily on donations, sponsorships and volunteers to run services. When KSN hired an experienced Bequests Officer she found the existing member database too basic to track relationships, interactions and donor prospects, creating a clear need for a more capable CRM to manage bequests and fundraising outreach.
KSN implemented cloud-based Sage CRM with help from Act Today—an intuitive, customisable solution that links with Outlook and was fast to deploy. After loading member data and security controls, staff could capture ten times more member information, run specific reports, and launch targeted communications and campaigns, improving relationship-building and fundraising capability with potential to expand CRM use across the organisation.
