MPM Software, a Spain‑based IT company specialising in insurance solutions, needed to replace five co‑existing databases and an ageing contact system with a flexible, self‑service CRM to support growing marketing automation, contact management and future customisation. They partnered with Castle CRM Ibérica to select and deploy a scalable, web‑based solution for 15 sales, marketing and administration users.
