Louisiana Department of Economic Development weathers the storm with Sage CRM

The Louisiana Department of Economic Development (LED), the state agency charged with attracting and supporting business, had outgrown its GoldMine system when hurricanes Katrina and Rita struck, suddenly shifting its mission to large-scale disaster recovery for businesses and employees.
