Linet France, the French subsidiary of the Linet Group, imports, distributes and services hospital furniture for public and private hospitals, including AP‑HP and UGAP. To support business growth it needed a remotely accessible CRM to improve customer care, track long-term public procurement projects and deliver more accurate forecasting.

The company implemented Sage CRM integrated with its existing Sage 100 ERP (deployed with partner Absis), creating a single customer database and mobile access for sales reps. This let staff view quotes, invoices and payment status in real time, update records remotely, work more independently and use scorecards for better forecasting, production planning, inventory management and supplier negotiations—boosting productivity and operational visibility.
